What I do

Five things, built as working software

Each of these already runs. None of them is a mockup or a plan. If you want proof before you spend anything, send me a real sample and I will run it and send you the output.

Worked examples

Real output, from real runs

These are actual outputs, copied from runs of the software — not screenshots or mockups. The inputs are made-up samples rather than any client's data, because I am not going to publish someone else's paperwork to sell to you.

Enquiries A plumbing enquiry, triaged and answered
What came in
"There's water pooling under my kitchen sink cabinet, been happening a couple days and now the wood at the bottom is going soft. I turned the valve under there off and it slowed down but hasn't stopped. I work until 6 most days but I'm home Thursday. Roughly what does something like this run?"
The reply it wrote, in 12 seconds
Hi Dana,

Thanks for reaching out, and good call shutting off the valve - that
will help limit the damage until we can take a look. This is definitely
something we handle.

A slow leak like that could be a supply line, connection, or drain
issue, so we'll want to inspect it in person before giving you a firm
number - I don't want to guess at a price over email. Someone from our
team will confirm Thursday availability and get you a proper estimate
once we've seen it.

Can you let me know your address so we can confirm you're in our service
area, and roughly what time Thursday works best for you?
Note what it refused to do. The customer asked for a price. It did not invent one — it flagged the message for you and said a human would confirm. A tool that guesses at prices on your behalf costs you money the first time it guesses low.
Paperwork A supplier invoice, turned into data
What went in
A plain supplier invoice — four line items, a subtotal, tax at 8.25%, and a total.
What came out, for $0.0013
document_type invoice
vendor_name Northgate Supply Co.
document_number NG-2026-04817
issue_date 2026-07-14
due_date 2026-08-13
subtotal 718.30
tax 59.26
total 777.56
line_item_count 4
Every field correct. At that cost, a thousand invoices a month runs about $1.30 — and most of it can run on a machine in my office for nothing at all. Anything the software is unsure about gets flagged for a person instead of guessed.
Quoting Kitchen job notes, scoped into a quote
What went in
Rough site-visit notes for a partial kitchen remodel in a 1962 house — new counters, move a dishwasher, relocate an outlet, repaint.
What it said
ready_to_quote: false

"Several inspection gaps mean labour and material scope could shift
significantly. This should be treated as a preliminary estimate only
until those items are confirmed on a follow-up visit."

Ten questions to resolve first, including:
  - What is behind the dishwasher? Not inspected per the notes.
  - Can the panel support two circuits, or does it need an upgrade?
Panel is original to a 1962 build with breakers added.
  - Should lead paint testing be done given the home's age?
It refused to produce a quote. Nobody asked it about lead paint — it raised that itself from the build year. The exclusions and open questions are the part that protects your margin; a confident quote built on an uninspected dishwasher cavity is how a job goes over.
Content A long recording, cut into clips
What went in
A two-and-a-half minute transcript of somebody talking about pricing their first jobs.
One of the moments it found
00:01:33 - 00:02:01 strength: strong

hook "What changed was I started quoting a range instead of a number."

quote "Nobody ever pushed back on the range. Not once. Turns out the
number wasn't the problem, my confidence saying it was."

why A practical, counterintuitive tactic with a clear before/after
and a closing line that reframes the real problem.
It marked its own weakest clip "decent" rather than "strong". Honest grading matters more than volume — five good clips beat twenty padded ones, and it will return fewer if fewer are there.
Why this matters

The cost of a slow reply

62%
of calls to local service businesses go unanswered
85%
of people who cannot reach you never call back
21×
more likely to qualify a lead answered in 5 minutes than in 30

Nothing here replaces you. Every reply, quote and summary is a draft waiting for your approval — you read it, change what you want, and press send. The software removes the blank page and the hour it takes to face it. It does not speak to your customers on its own.
